WHO ARE WE ? |

Rom 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of
God. I want to share this thought with you before you get started. When you were born in your natural birth to your parents you became their child and everything they have became yours. You took on the name of your parents. You may have been the black sheep of the family or the wayward child, but that did not change the fact that you gained their inheritance, because you were born into the family. You will always be a part of that family. That is the same way that it works when you become born into the family of God. Every promise in the Word is yours, because you were adopted into the family. If you stumble and feel that you are not worthy of His Word, the fact does not change. You are Father God's child and you have His inheritance. We are heirs with Him and joint heirs with Jesus Christ Although you are born again, you still possess the same mind and Body that had been under the dominion of the adversary. This is reason that it is so important to renew the mind and bring it into harmony with the recreated spirit (which is the real you). Rom 12:2 “ And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Eph 4:22 “That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;” Eph 4:23 “And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;” Eph 4:24 “And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.” Your mind is being renewed daily as you practice love (Agape) you must live this Love life that Jesus introduced to the world. We are partakers of the Divine (Love) nature. We have the attributes of Love whether it feels like it or not. The nature of God comes from within us and flows out of us. The Word of God is truth. If you are born again the scripture below is talking about you. Rom 5:5 “ And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.” You may not be walking in it but that does not change the truth of the Word. Love is there you just have to practice it (by faith) Love is born in you and you are born of Love, because God is love. Love is not born in your mind, but in your spirit. Your mind will try to keep you from Loving, but as you meditate on the Word and spend time with the Father, that love seed grows and your mind and Body has to line up with the spirit. God is a spirit and we are made in His Image (likeness), so we are a spirit living in a body with a soul. When God the Father said Let’s make man in our image, he was talking about a spirit. Many have looked at that with blinded eyes. It is true that God made man from dust, but that was just a form. The real life of the man did not come until God blew His breath (life into mans nostrils. Gen 2:7 “ And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.” Greek word definition Breath- 5397. neshamah, nesh-aw-maw'; fr. H5395; a puff, i.e. wind, angry or vital breath, divine inspiration, intellect. or (concr.) an animal:--blast, (that) breath (-eth), inspiration, soul, spirit. Soul- 5315. nephesh, neh'-fesh; from H5314; prop. a breathing creature, i.e. animal or (abstr.) vitality; used very widely in a lit., accommodated or fig. sense (bodily or mental):--any, appetite, beast, body, breath, creature, X dead (-ly), desire, X [dis-] contented, X fish, ghost, + greedy, he, heart (-y), (hath, X jeopardy of) life (X in jeopardy), lust, man, me, mind, mortality, one, own, person, pleasure, (her-, him-, my-, thy-) self, them (your) -selves, + slay, soul, + tablet, they, thing, (X she) will, X would have it. If our Bodies were made in His Image wouldn’t we all look alike. We would appear to have been cloned. God is a spirit, so why would He create us differently. The Word says that seeds produce after their own kind. Gen 1:12 “ And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.”
We can raise our hands in the air and open our mouth with praises from our lips, but it is our (born again) spirit that rises to the ascendancy to truly worship the Father. The Word says we must worship Him in spirit and in truth, not flesh and truth. John 4:24 “ God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” Let me touch on another point: Even before we were born again, our physical bodies were not who we were. The real us was our human spirit, the hidden man that was corrupted. 1 Pet 3:4 But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. The bodies we live in are just for us to survive on earth and to be the housing for the real us. Our bodies cannot communicate with God, only our spirit man or the hidden man can communicate with God and understand the things of God 2 Cor 4:16 For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. Our flesh or bodies will always war against our spirit man, because it is corrupted and will not be incorruptible until we will receive the manifestation of our glorified bodies. Many are falling away from their walk in Christ because they do not know who they are in Christ. They are still trying to go to and fro searching, but have not found, because they are still looking at it through the natural eyes and not through the eyes of faith (the unseen realm) or the spiritual realm. John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. The Father wants His children (sons and daughters to rise up in who they are in Him. Many are still fighting battles that they do not have to fight. The battle that you are fighting is in your own mind and that is why you have to keep renewing your mind to the Word. Jesus has already won the battle for us. He wants His children to shine As Jesus did while on earth, but because so many are having an identity crisis in who they are in Christ that the light has been dim within them and therefore cannot shine out to others. It is time to quit going to and fro and be determined to know who you really are and start walking in it. Remember {your identity is Hidden in Christ, because you are hidden in Christ. WE ARE THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD Righteousness of GodRom 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, the just shall live by faith. Rom 10:3 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. Rom 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. Rom 14:18 For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men. Gal 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.
Eph 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. 2 Cor 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. When you become born again, you became part of God’s family, so you must remember that. Whatever Jesus has, so do you. We are in the family. You cannot walk in the fullness of Christ Jesus until you get the understanding of this one thing. You Are the Righteousness of God through Christ Jesus. You have to get it past your mind and into your spirit. If you do not understand that you already are the righteousness through Christ Jesus, but trying to earn it by doing works is not going to happen. It is still trying to act like the world. They are always trying to earn approval by doing something to get special notice. I have seen members of church being burned out by trying to get something that Jesus has already given us. They join all kinds of things in the church, choir, and this committee, that committee. They really think they are doing something good, which they are, but it does not earn them righteousness. They get so burned out from trying to earn something that they already have; they cannot enjoy their relationship with the Father, because they are too tired. When we know that we are the Righteousness of God and act on it by faith, we come into rest. Remember, Jesus Christ made righteousness available to you. Knowing and understanding this opens up the very doors of heaven for you. It made the access of the Holy of Holies to you and when entering the Holy of Holies you are in the very presence of Father God. You have right standing with the Father and are capable of a wonderful fellowship with the Father. You do not have to feel condemned or unworthy. Many in the Body Of Christ still seem to think they cannot receive from the Father’s heart or get close to him. They seem to believe that things’ going on in their life changes the truth of them being the Righteousness of God. God does not take back His Word, and His Word is always now. Nothing will change the truth of you being the Righteousness of God (but you not believing it) will hinder you from growth. I hear people saying something is hindering my spiritual growth. Could that hindrance be you, because you are doubting the Word? If the Word says it, you have it. The Word does not lie.
Sometimes when we are in certain situations, or circumstances involved in living in this world, we start seeing with our natural eyes, which is part of the sense realm, and we let our feelings get in the way and we may react in a manner that we ought not to act. The enemy is right there to start condemning you and say things like: “ I thought you was one of them righteous people, but you sure did not act righteous” He would like to rattle your cage and get you off the Word, but you just rise up and say devil, I am the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus. I do not go by what I see, hear or feel, I go by what the word says, so go from me now. If you did react, just Repent and change your thinking. Let all of us get rid of stinking thinking, and keep renewing your mind to the Word.
Rom 8:1 There is therefore now no
condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the
flesh, but after the Spirit. Who do you believe? The lies of the enemy or the Word of God. Get Righteousness inside minded.
